I've never created a niche site (at least I don't think I have). I'm not even sure I know the exact definition of one. I have to figure that there are other people in the same predicament but don't have the courage to ask.

So I ask the question,

How do you create a niche site?

I really hope the big earners chime in on this one. With details...
