Heres a tip I picked up over at the warrior forum.
Theres a site called Project Gutenberg,which hosts copywrite and cost free ebooks. Each ebook has been published at somepoint in the past.
I've used it to get recipes for a recipe site I'm building.
I know there are many ebook sites out there but because each book has been published in the past the quality is generally superb.
