I don't know of any good PR writer but in the past, I have hired writers from freelance websites and was satisfied of the result.

I know an excellent guy here in Dallas. He is a nationally published writer, having written for Men's Health, D Magazine, Maxim, and several others. PM me for details. He isn't cheap, but he has great contacts, so your stuff is sure to get read.
