I opened my blog web site couple of weeks and I have got couple of questions. I hope this is the right place to ask them.

I started posting new posts. Here is the questions

I have been running some other websites but they are for a different purpose(gaming sites) so i didnt need things like this.

I'm sure i'm going to have some more questions on copyright. Can someone post a guide if they have it?

As far as I know that All compnay have their own(or flexible) policy 1) legally they can take action
2) If you are promoting and talking positive about them then they wont mind
3) if they need to take action they will first write an email (i dont know whether its compulsary but this is procedure which some companys i know follow.) and if you still do not remove it then they might take action.

My advice is not legal advice i am zero in legal matters its my practical knowledge/ assumptions.

If you are not going MAjorly negative about any company then it should not be a problem.

I had used logos of some companys, added a link for their site and lots of information about their products in one of my site. never faced a problem.
