Most people discover good writers through trial and error. Some are lucky and hire good ones from the start. Here are some tips to increase your chance of attracting good writers...

Don't be cheap. Bad writers are actually more expensive than good writers. If you want quality, you'll have to spend some money but it will be worth it. Otherwise, you'll end up spending more time + energy + money trying to get what you want.

Request Samples. If you can actually see what they can do, it'll make the decision-making process a whole lot easier.

Don't bank on just one writer. Emergencies happen and when they do, the last thing a writer will have on his / her mind is an assignment. Make sure you hire a small team if you can afford one so that if one writer has an emergency, another can pick up the slack.

Request References. If you're on a freelance site, be sure to check their feedback rating + history. If not, simply ask for references.

Not sure if you want original content for your articles, but if that doesn't matter so much, you may want to check out ezinearticles.com and other related sites. They allow you to publish the articles in their database under certain conditions, one of them being that you provide the author bio as it appears in the original article.

you can pay per article to be written a good price should be around $8-$10 for 500 words 1000 words could be $12-$16 per article. which isn't bad if thats still too expensive buy PLR packages. Rewrite them or use a article spinning program.
