at the very least, they may be subject to IP infringement. I am not a law gaduate or student, but I think you copying and pasting someone else's copy unto your site.

loll good topic!..yesterday i just find out that one of my post entry been Copied by this site : learninghownow.com/blog/

yes, she linking back to my blog, but im not happy with that
so i sent her email asking her to remove my article. today i check it again she already remove it. *glad*

well i know how it feel been copied without permission. Zzz
annoying

Obviously there's nothing wrong if you decided to give credit to the original author. But however, it's best that you first ask the permission whether they might okay if you use the content. However, I don't see the point doing it because copied articles will not contribute towards site popularity.

well again..yesterday i found this site brokencontrollers.com copy pharase of my article but they remove it quick after im asking them to remove it.
they do linking back to my blog but im not happy with it.

geezz..i dont know how many site do those things. i dont know why they do it. copy article from someone else blog without permission. ZzZZ...at first probably they linking back, who know next year they remove the link? LOL

Even if you give credit, it is still completely illegal to use someone's content without their permission. The law is very clear in this regard.

It's simply illegal ! Why not copying from them after permission or posting a link to the original source ? What is the problem on doing that ?
