I need to know how to search a web site's text for a list of many keywords.

I know you can use the edit>find tool in firefox or similar things in other browsers. But that only allows for 1 word. how can i type in many keywords and see which of them is in the web sites text? This is for a homework assignment in which i need to find certain given vocabulary words in a web site (due tomorrow)

Save the source code of the page in a file or database.
Strip out all the HTML tags, scripts, style rules etc.
Strip out all the common construction words (at, in, this, that, other etc,ect.) then anything that is left will be a "key" word.

If your in the website press cntrl U then check the keywords. You can also go to seocentro.com and choose the keyword analyzer.

If you do a search in google (or any directory) for "keyword density analysis" or something similar, you should be able to find a free tool that will scan a site (that you enter) and spit out the results.

Try a few, because some are complete junk (take the average/general number), and dont pay for one either.

look for keyword tag . but it not always work as some site dont use it in that case chrishirst suggestion is the best way

Just right click on mouse and go to page info where you may get more keywords.

Finding Many keywords in a website can be done through keyword density analysis, here you can find how many times each keyword is used on that page.
