Any criticism is good because they are giving you the chance to work on your mistakes, if you have just take it postively.

maybe, the criticism is wrong so you can refuse
but they usually give you many opinions very useful

Criticism in my opinion can be helpful and constructive if it is done in a respectful way using the right words and in the right moment or it can be a way to make people run away instead of guiding them.
