I have been toying with this idea for a while now and thought it was time to get some firgures.
Now when I refer to content writers I mean people whose native language is English and not Engrish, people that have been schooled in English speaking countries and not skooled 2 reed and rite in a non native English speaking country, the thing being in Thailand there are thousands of native English speakers eaking out a meager existence as TEFLers who basically are desperate for more money, so wondered if the idea was feasible or worth it.

I was on another forum this morning looking at people selling content writing for $2.50 for 500 words. I have no idea where they live, or if they are any good, but I would probably sell 500 words of 100% original content for $40.

The average rates for a good content is 1 cent per word. I have bought content at those rates before and was very much impressed. The ones offering a lower rate are often the ones with grammar mistakes and bad punctuations.

Depends on the experience and level of writers that you will hire.

If that would be a per project arrangement, price depends on the number of words and niche of the article.

At least you realize that the $1 article writers are a waste of time... Congratulations, you're already one step ahead of many of your competitors!

When you pay for an article writer, you're paying for their time (both to research and write) and expertise. Plus, you're also paying for a professional who doesn't need you to hold their hand through the entire process. However, it's not something that has to break the bank.

My company charges $19 for a 400-500 article. However, all of us are professionally-trained journalists, who can research and write quickly, and be compelling. We think it's a fair price for access to our expertise.

between 1 cent - 2 cent a word. But there are good writers for 10$ an article, it depends. If you get the right person your lucky

Quality Writers these days costs around $1/words or more minimum! if you are looking for quality genuine content for your site

Yes, I have had experience with mainly poor-english writers from India and other places like such. Nothing can compare to an article written by an American who was born and raised native-English.

I guess it should be depending upon the article, the quality of article,i guess the content writing is not that easy job/skill as they also need loads of patience & concentration for particular subject.
They have to modify the topic and also increase the grade of article so that it should look the impressive,accordingly they should being paid upon there words,quality also with the English as it matter's a lot good English is must in content field as people can able to understand easily.
