I know about the copy scape where you can check about your site content is original or not.I will suggest best content site is Ezine articles site.In this you can get good quality content and provide a link to Ezine as article source.But original content is best

The fictionpress.com for original stories.The fanfiction.com for stories based on books movies, etc.Freelance sites depend on you and you alone bidding on jobs and being successful in that bid. There are no sites that are any better or any worse in my opinion.I have used this site.

Refer the tips to write content and try to generate original one.

You probably need to add more detail to your request such as the context for which the writing is needed. Generally writing with fluency and using the correct grammar, punctuation and capitalizations is what you want. If you are looking for writing layout styles then keep it simple and easy to read.

There are many different writing sites and the best depends on your goals.
If you want to make money writing for the sites, use them for backlinks or something else?
