There are many good writers. If you have a friend and person you know that have a talent in composing story he/she is good writer.
The most important that a characteristic of a good writer is he/she not try spamming.
I suggest to hire a Staff leasing company instead of a freelancer because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.

I do lots of writing for people. I blog and post all over the internet. Right now I have a project to help draw awareness to a hotel in Buzios Brazil. I have blogged and marketed for a lawyer and a carpenter.
