Trademarks can be copywrited.......lol

but seriously
Trademark is a type of branding, it is essentially a logo or a design or symbol of a business or product. trademarks identifies the source of the product and protects the name and/or symbol.

Copywrite protects authorship like writing, song writing or art anything that is created or authored by someone. For example - Playwrights write plays but No one may use their "plays" where an admission is charged unless they get permission from the author through the US Copywrite Office.

The purpose of a copyright is to protect works of authorship as fixed in a tangible form of expression and trademark is to protect words, phrases and logos used in federally regulated commerce to identify the source of goods and/or services.

Copy WRITE is jow you would create a well worded advertisement.

Trademark is what you would obtain for a branding mark or trading name.

Copywrite??? or do you mean, Copyright?

Well, Copyright is a set of exclusive rights granted by the law of a jurisdiction to the author or creator of an original work, including the right to copy, distribute and adapt the work.

On the other hand, Trademark is a distinctive name, symbol, motto, or design that legally identifies a company or its products and services, and sometimes prevents others from using identical or similar marks.
