Wordpress, Joomla and Drupal are the three best and mostly used content management systems. I would like to know NOT based on research but based on your first hand experience as to which among the 3 is the best in CMS?
Depends on what type of site you are going to have. WP is usually good for blogs, while Joomla and Drupal are excellent for portals. None is better until you know how to managed the each.
Why do people constantly ask about "what is the best.... %anything%" do not they understand that nothing in the informational and software world is the very best? You may have success with something extremely simple, as well as no success at all with the top most versatile CMS being unable to manage it properly.

You'll find supporters for all 3 claiming their CMS is the best. Truth is you can build a good site with any of them, plus a host of other CMS' out there. What you think best probably has more to do with which one you're most familiar with.
WordPress started by focusing on ease of use and over time they've been adding features. Drupal started by focusing on features and over time they're making Drupal easier to use. I'm not familiar enough with Joomla to know where it started and where it is.
The good news is you can try any of them and decide for yourself. Play with each for a few days and I'm sure you'll find you like one better than the others. Use it and come back later to explore the 2 you didn't choose.

I have not enough professional knowledge at any of them, though I saw theinner structure of WP and drupal. I do not like wordpress, I hate drupal (there are reasons, I am sure) and cannot tell my opinion about Joomla, as I know really nothing of this CMS usability.

This is a good point.
"The best" is always a subjective view rather than an objective statement.
