Hi, I'm facing some quest in past few days about using 3rd party photos, for egzample found in google and using in my site. Can anyone explain and give me some advices about this situation. Lets take situation: if I put photo and add copyright text like all rights of this photo bellongs to xxx xxx or adding watermark in photo whitch simolyse copyright to some site or person , does this makes the trick or theres still needs something more to be done to use photos in your site? Cause buying photos for every article we write is self destructions cause we have like about 1000 visitors per day and we write 10-15 articles per day so this is not the case for the site like this.

You need explicit permission to use other people's photos, accreditation alone is not enough. In your case, you might be better served by looking for images licensed under Creative Commons.
