I didn't have many pageviews at all, but I got accepted in when it wasn't as old (August last year) and the design I had for my website looked pretty professional (until the server I was on got hacked) so that might have been why I got accepted.

It'll probably take a while to get accepted after signing up. I'm not sure what exactly they look for either, but it took me about 3 or 4 weeks to get accepted (I got the acception email when I forgot all about YPN and was looking for other advertisers).
