Hello all ... can anyone give suggestions for adsense alternatives that offer the sizes 120x240 and 234x60? Chitika minimalls and Kanoodle Brightads don't ... can't use Adsonar .. any other suggestions?

I suggest you reshuffle your design to accomodate the AdSense blocks that are closest in size to your requirements.
