Did you have to fill a tax form? Can't remember the name but they asked me for one even if I'm not a US resident.

It's from 0.40 up to $50 ..

Fredto,
When you don't have TAX number, you have to send them a copy of your Identity pass by postmail.

well I got since yesterday about 4 clicks on my banners.. but still no sign ups or so..

Now I wanted to know if placing about 5 ads in a randomn selection system, so that when like 10people visit my site there shows in example 10 times a randomn banner up of 6banners I've selected for the rotation..

Would that be a good Idea?

Exactly but make sure you use offers that converts well for your website. Ask your Affiliate manager.

They mean they want you to use your own click tracking / campaign management type of script to mask the use of that URL. Have a look here for many possible options:
http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Script...ing/index.html

So your link to them might look something like:
http://www.yoursite.com/ppc/campaign.php?id=24

The person on your site would never see anything but that link - the advertiser's link would probably pass the info into their system and maybe load www.theirsite.com

Yes. It will link through your script to the link they provide you with. In the administration area of whichever script you use, you will be able to define the "real" links that are associated with each campaign (for instance the "id=24" in my above example tells the script to lookup campaign id 24 and use the link set for that).
