Yeah I heard they have very good customer support, so I joined a few weeks ago, but my rep is terrible, When I joined, they said My new Affiliate Manager would introduce herself, I had to in the end, and I asked her a few questions... Her answers were so blunt.

it has put me off using azoogle, but i'd say i am the minority ..

It says that in most of the CPA Affiliate Networks. While approving and editing over 100 CPA affiliate networks of an affiliate programs directory that I own I have noticed that in about 25% - 50% of the networks saying something like that, lol. Everyone can't have the highest CPA payouts.
