do a search for PPC traffic you ill find tons.... adbrite, findology, kanoodle and many more are out there the tough part is firguring out which has the traffic that converts the best for your CPA.

Cool any suggesstions on that? It would likely save me a lot of time and money trying to weed through the entire field so a few suggestions would help me whittle down the test list.

I listed a few. it depends on what offers you are pushin as to which ones will work best. I doubt you are going to find people to give away the golden ticket and say that for ringtones use X search engine for free ipod use x search engine for dating use X...
All of those third tier PPC engines are full of crap traffic. Don't waste your time unless you actually enjoy the act of throwing crap at the wall to see what sticks.
I mean think about it?
Why would someone (a legit publisher or SE) send clicks through 7search or Kanoodle or W.H.Y. for a nickel a pop when the could get 50 cents each for them through GOOG or YHOO?
The answer is simple... Cause they got kicked out of those programs for crappy traffic and fraudulant clicks. IMHO.
