A few months ago, a certain senator said some borderline insane things. This inspired me to create my own little form of CPA monetization. Because of this wonderful man, I was able to make a parody T-Shirt of the whole situation and began selling them from my personal blog (http://www.zerosign.net/index.php/218/. Since I am interested in all things involving making money on the web, I thought this would be a cool little experiment to try - and it definitely was.

My idea was super simple, so the design didn't take much work at all. I then shopped around for a few tshirt design shops (including CafePress which prints user created tshirts and sells them for the designer). I decided to bite the overhead cost and go with a independent printshop here in state. Eventhough it required an initial investment of $140 it was totally worth it. I bought 24 shirts at that price and decided to sell them for $20 a piece. At that price, 7 shirts would allow me to break even and any more than 7 would be pure profit for me. Well, its been about 2 months now, and I'm getting close to running out of shirts After this experience I have even been thinking about printing up some new ideas for shirts and making a simple ecommerce shirt site.

sorry i know this was long, I just wanted to share tiny success story of mine...
