I've got payouts too. I've never had a problem with them.

although I dont use them I have recommended them to several clients. I have 99% of good things about them so I would say use them.

although you can use myspace with them they seem like a fairly reputable comapany.

I have to thank you Shoe. I now finally know this is all B.S.

When you told everyone you know an affiliate who received bad treatment from us and didn't get paid, I have to admit that I was concerned. We don't arbitrarily not pay publishers, that would be network-suicide. We have however booted many cheating affiliates over the years and there's always the chance an error was made with someone you know. That's why I posted that while we won't have a public discussion over why we booted your friend, we'd certainly look into it and fix any error... just send me the info and I'll look into it personally. You never did send those details even though I asked a few times. So eventually I presumed either your friend was really cheating, or it was simply made up and you can't back your claim. Now I know it's the latter.

You slipped in your lies Jeremy. Beyond that there's simply no dirt about us, we're not a revolving door for staffing so most of our hires are still with us. We've only lost 3 staff members in 3 years, two of which are programmers with no real industry knowledge, and all are on good terms with us.

As I've said before, you've never used our network and so have no direct experience with us, so I'm not sure what got us on your bad side... but I have a pretty good theory. Tons of affiliates made pro-MaxBounty comments at Digital Point, specifically in the forum which you moderate for another network. I think that pissed you off. How dare they not support your pet network in your forum. So you got miffed per our positive feedback in your forum and tried to stop it by posting some BS claim. Pretty much everyone jumped to our defense, this thread is a good example, and that frustrates you even more. Now your ego won't let you drop it even though you're completely false. I tried posting all this on your website when you bashed us there, but surprised surprise, you moderated my post out.

So under the slim chance you actually do know someone who had a problem with us, I repeat the offer, email me the details and I'll look into the claim. Otherwise, you know it's not true, I know it's not true... I think we all kind of know it's not true now. Hey, perhaps someone has even misled you with false info, and you feel you can't back down. I suppose I can't expect you to admit to being wrong, but you just might want to eat your hat on this one and move on to something else.

hrmm now I am a liar? ....

Interesting well here is 1 of 5 emails I have got:

Quote:
From: "Former MAXBOUNTY EMPLOYEE"
Date: December 29, 2006 2:24:18 PM CST
To: "Jeremy Schoemaker" <jeremy@shoemoney.com>
Subject: Re: MAXBOUNTY SUCKS

They also own another scam site called
http://SurfBounty.com

bascially an incentive reward site for people to go a sign up for god knows what and pimp out there email address and get paid close to nothing for the experience.

They also own:

http://www.jaggedmind.com/

http://scorelarge.com

http://prizeomatic.com/ (wonder if anyone gets the system)

Notice How they do not even run most of there own offers but rather commission junction? That is how ****ty they are.

As well there running out of ottawa, Canada with alll there sites positioned to target people in the us.
Let me know if you want me to post the others.

I did a Whois.net on PrizeOMatic.com and you will never guess who the admin contact is ....

Sauve, JP <<Edited>>

I'm not dissing MB. They have some good offers and they do pay on time. But they are not perfect either.

For me, I don't care how many sites they operate. It would be nice if they were up front about it, but as long as they provide good offers and pay me I will continue to use them.

Yeah sure, we own those sites, others too... Never denied it but really there is nothing to deny here. I don't see how this is supposed dirt on us... just some old websites that we own. They are (with the exception of SurfBounty, which is newer) just some of our sites we ran from before we started the network. Anyone who knew me pre-MB and read my posts on boards would know this. It's not exactly a big secret!

Come on, it's pretty obvious that 'former employee email' is just someone trying to mislead you. Someone SAYING they're a former employee hardly makes it fact, I can't believe you'd actually post it without trying to verify who this person is. By all means shoe, post his/her name. I'll tell you and everyone here if they ever were on the payroll. Pretty slim chances though I think. ****, just PM me with the name and I'll let YOU know in private so you can at least know if you're spreading truth, or b.s. Can only be one of 3 people and we're on nice terms with all.

Really though, this is all just deflection here. Shoe, you've got beef with us, but the facts are that you have NEVER used our network, so YOU don't know much about us. You can't say that we don't pay, because we do, pretty much everyone other than you agrees on that, and you have no direct experience otherwise. You can't say we suck and give your reason for that being we pay less than other networks, since that's not really true either.... you're not even a publisher in our network to know one way or the other! There are plenty of offers where we do pay more than other networks. All networks have some campaigns where they pay more, and some where they pay less... ALL networks. It's the nature of the business. You have no reason to dislike us other than the fact that lots of publishers posted pro-MB comments on YOUR board, you took offense and barked about it in a pretty crappy way for someone not knowing us (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showt...ght=maxbounty), and I refuse to back down to your unprovoked attacks. As for the whole former employee BS, surely you're smart enough to know that any loser we boot from the network for cheating would just love raise hell for us, and what better way than to give you some line to repeat.... which seems to be exactly what you're doing.

You know what Shoe, just drop it man. You're on a feud for no reason other than having too much pride to admit that you said something you shouldn't have, that really you had no basis for when it comes down to it, and that's pretty senseless.

wow shoe actually has a **** list lol. I wonder how many people went to azoogle over this. but in defense to both networks. i haven't had any issues with either of them and I'm sure every network has issues.

hey Shoe why don't you use MB as a test to see if what you say is true?
