Hi,

I have a question i believe you guys should be able to help.

For each offers in azoogleads, I can find few tracking urls.

1. the tracking url in offer’s search page
2. the tracking url in offer’s incentive page
3. the banner itself has 2 tracking url
(1 url attach to the banner, and 1 url attach to the size 1, 1 image)

Hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say

Q1. Let say I want to lead my customer to the offer, can i use any of these links?

Q2. Why is that 2 urls available in banner? What's the different?

I'm assuming the 1x1 image you are talking about is a tracking pixel. This is placed on an action page (such as a sales completion page). When the page load the tracking pixel "fires" and links back to whoever it's tracking for, in this case Azoogle. Azoogle can then use this information to track when a CPA action has been fulfilled.

As for the links Merchants will usually have a different (lower) payout for incentivised sites. Site's which reward users for clicking on links or participating in offers are incentivised. So if you ran a "Win a free iPod" site in which you gave a user a free iPod if they signed up for an offer on your site - that would be incentivised. If that's the case with your site, be sure to use that link otherwise you payouts may be nullified and / or your account canceled.

Hope that helped. If you ever have any questions about any network you are dealing with - be sure to contact them. Remember that's your reps job, helping people just like you... so no question is too small or silly

Hi Python,

Thanks a lot for your explanation.
I suppose you are using AzoogleAds as well.

Here's another question.
The incentive page itself has a Tracking Code(a), right?
And when we choose the banner, we'll get another set of code(b) which has 2 urls that you already explained.
I mean what's the difference between (a) and (b)?

Actually I did write to them, but weekend they dont work and mail exchange usually take up a day to reply, so i think earnerforum is another best place to my question

Our company does work with Azoogle, although as a merchant - not an affiliate. Generally speaking though the setup is the same throughout most of the networks.. including our own affiliate program that we run on our site.

Since I can't see what you are seeing I can't be 100%, but most likely the situation is the following.

Code B, is the code you will use for your banner along with the 1x1 pixel tracker (Code C) for non-incentivised sites.
Now.. if your site is going to be sending incentivised traffic (as defined in my last post).. you will use replace Code B with Code A.
Code C will most likely remain the same in either situation but you might want to check that with your rep.

Hope that helps a little more. Best of luck with your programs, may the traffic and cash flow freely!

-Phil

I see...
Thanks man!
You are indeed very very helpful.
Same to this forum

I think i understand now, but for precaution i shall send a screenshot to my affiliate manager and wait for her response before i set to go.

For me, MaxB interface is a little bit more friendly than Azoo although the function not that powerful compare to Azoo.
Anyway, both are my favourite
