How do you truly make money with a company like CJ?

I just signed up and I signed up for my first program, the Lids.com program where I get a certain amount of commission based on someone going through with a sale. Do you just sign up with whatever matches your blogs demographic and run the ads? How successful are you?

Or do you use landing pages and AdWords in order to try and successfully gain some type of commission?

Whatever matches the niche of your site is obviously going to be the best choice. Try to use those "free ipod" offers those along side the sales.
