If i put invisible popup on my landing page, and then link them to the offer order page, thats not cookie stuffing, thats clear...
But what if i write an review, and they click on a review, read it, if i put invisible popup on there, is that considered cookie stuffing?
what if i have a site that has alot of reviews and its like this
REVIEW for site 1 - invisible popup for site 1
REVIEW for site 2 - invisible popup for site 2
REVIEW for site 3 - invisible popup for site 3
they all on my review site, and they get like 3 cookies just off reading reviews, is that considered cookie stuffing?
