Pepperjam Network is a next generation affiliate marketing network that launched last week.

This thread is for EF members to ask any questions (and get answers) about Pepperjam Network.

If you have already joined Pepperjam Network this is also a good place to express opinions.

Pepperjam Network offers a really cool affiliate marketing widget called pepperjamADS.

With pepperjamADS you can create your own widget that displays ads from any one or MULTIPLE PJN advertisers. You have over 1,000 ads to choose from. With the other networks you are limited to banners and text links that promote only one merchant. With pepperjamADS you can mix and mash your own ads to better monetize your Web traffic.

We posted a video tutorial of pepperjamADS on our blog at pepperjamnetwork.com/blog

Pepperjam has been in the internet marketing biz for 8 years.

We have about 105 employees and we are based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA, which is 10 minutes from Scranton, PA (aka, home of Dunder Mifflin from Steve Carell's "The Office.")

Pepperjam has won a bunch of cool awards for being a fast growing company and for being one of the best places to work in the world.

I've got a book coming out in April on SEM / SEO / Monetizing Web traffic.

No ****ten around - Pepperjam Network was built to make you more money.

By the way, Pepperjam Network has its own referral program that pays you a flat fee of up to $7 for every affiliate you refer that joins PJN. Unlike other referral programs where you only get paid on affiliates that perform, you get paid just for referring affiliates.

Pepperjam Network launched with over 100 advertisers, including well known brands such as DKNY, Jelly Belly, Teleflora, SinglesNet, FlyCell, and many others.

Here are some of PJN's exclusive offers: Jelly Belly, Donna Karan New York (DKNY), Oscar de la Renta, Ben Sherman, Dog the Bounty Hunter, SEO Moz Premium, Star Trek, Gino Green Global, Graffiti Pink, Jimy Hendrix Clothing, JustSweet by Jennifer Lopez, Samsung Parts, Shop Thirteen, Snooty Pets, World Globes, Aristabrat, BarStools.com, BeanBags.com, AWMA, ClockStyle, Curvaceous Chic Woman, dartboards.com, DaVinci Clothing, English Laundry, Dog the Bounty Hunter, House of Dereon, Enyce, Fender, Hammocks.com, Jewelry Armoire, JewelryBoxes.com, Judith Leiber, Just for Kix, Monsters HD, Luxury Spreads, Only Slippers, Phunk Fashion, Pioneer Linens, Bedroom Furniture Mart, DHP Home Delivery, Estella, Natural Health Pharmaceuticals, Prodigy Deals, Review Me, Text-Link-Ads, and many more.

Let us know what you think.:001_rolleyes:

Sure, I can ask a question.

Why hasn't my application be approved or declined after more than a week of waiting? (Jan 17th to be exact)

You asked me to do a review and in order to give an honest review I decided to apply with a different website and email. That way I would be able to tell how you treated affiliate applications when you weren't expecting a review from them.

So mys questions are:

Is this how long all affiliates (who you are not expecting a review from) have to wait?

Are you planning to speed up your review process?

If so, what business processes are you currently putting in place to speed it up?

Rob TD,

We are sorry for the confusion. Our account representatives accept or reject applications within a few hours of them being submitted.

Therefore, something happened here that is atypical.

I just checked our pending application list 5 minutes ago and the only applications in the Que came in within the last three hours.

I intend to act on those applications personally within the next hour.

All applications that were submitted to Pepperjam Network prior to today have either been accepted or declined.

Therefore, the only thing that I can think of is that your application was either never received by us, you submitted an e-mail with a typo, or your application was declined by one of our account representatives for one or more of the reasons I mention below.

I can tell you - while we have had thousands of affiliates sign-up since launch we also have had more than enough dedicated employees working to accept applications within a few hours of being submitted. We are not and have not been behind on accepting applications - in fact, there is no affiliate application that hasn't been either approved or declined.

Here are some of the potential reasons why your application was likely rejected:

(1) You did not sign-up with an acceptable Web site or the Web site you submitted was not accessible by one of our account representatives.
(2) Your application was incomplete or contained information that would have suggested fraud. For instance, a social security number that looks fake (i.e. 123-45-6789 or you did not provide a valid phone number.
(3) You signed-up with an invalid e-mail (i.e. typo).

Based on the above my guess is that you either made a typo or your application was rejected.

Either way - your suggestion that our system takes several days to get accepted is false.

We'd be happy to consider your application for PJN.

Send me a private message with your name and e-mail and I can check our system to verify if we ever received your application.

Kris

I received the auto-email verification email so you definitely have the right email on file.

Which I guess leaves my application being rejected.

Seeing as I applied with a .com and matching email address with a valid phone number, that would be odd, but anyway.

Even if I was rejected I still haven't received an email stating as much.

Here is what I see when I try to log in.

Rob_TID,

Please send me your e-mail via EF private message or simply re-apply for PJN.

Once again, sorry for any confusion.

We look forward to you taking an objective look at Pepperjam Network.

Thanks,

KBJ
