I have used casale ads in the footer many times in the past, as well as seeing many other sites doing the same thing. I am not currently using this as I am not running any footer ads at all.
Anyway, it was the 728x90 leaderboard ad.
At the time I signed up with them, this was the only reason I was used their ad program. Ran them for several months, just recently quit because I didnt like having ads in that location.
