Hi Lucas,
CPM simply means 'cost per mille' (cost per thousand) and is a measurement of how you get paid.
1. Most CPM networks do not accept forums. This is due to the nature of a forum. It will have a relatively high pageview per user, and a relatively low CTR per user.
2. In the long run, I think it would work better for you if you build some more trafiic before you start implementing any advertising.
3. CPM depends on size (ie: skyscraper, medium rectangle), geography (some ads only pays for visitor from specific country/continent), and campaign (some advertising campaigns pays better than others.) If you're looking at getting paid on a CPM basis, your CPM could range from 0.01 and upwards, there's no accurate answer to this, it depends on the factors I just outlined.
If you're interested in running CPM campaigns on your website, try it out first. Sign up with a few and see how it works and get an idea if it is for you or not.
PS: One of your signature links has a server problem.
