I have a CSS problem, I'm sure it's a pretty obvious solution.

Notice how on this page the links are blue?

And on this one, they're orange...and rather illegible?

What am I not seeing here?!?!?

The problem here lies in the tags that you are using for the links, not to mention that you shouldn't use <a href=""> around the span tag, place that within it. Also, what color are you wanting to use for the hover? What is it that you are wanting it to end up like? That would be more helpful. As far as why it's doing that, it's because the link attributes are off.

Ideally, the link would be navy with navy border bottom, and the hover would be orange with orange border bottom. That's how it ended up looking on most of the pages, e.g.

Is there some universal change I can implement through a simple addition/edit to main.css?
