Hi, I'm experimenting on a new site on which I am bound to show an advertising banner at the top. The banner shall only be visible when you enter the site but can be "scrolled away" as you scroll down to read the content.
Below the banner is a div-box with a top navigation bar.
Initially it "attaches itself" immediately below the banner but when the banner has gone off-screen I want it to attach itself to the top of the browser window instead and let the content scroll itself below the top navigation.
As if this was not enough I wanna accomplish this in a web standars-compliant manner only using any of these, or a combination of these techniques: PHP 4.0, XHTML 1.0, CSS 2 and W3C DOM.
