I have 120+ pages in my site, which all have a link to a CSS file with this code:

@import url("master.css");
@import url("ie.css");


in hack.css:

#logo {
display:none;
}

Yet IE still display the logo. Why?

Conditional comments are meant to go into the <head> of your document, NOT in the CSS file.

The conditional comment <!--[if IE]> is an HTML comment only and will not work in a CSS file. You would need to import hack.css within the head of the HTML file.
