I'm using ASP.Net panel and I'm populating the content of this panel with vb script. The script creates a table and links. I'm trying to target the links inside of the panel and add a hover effect like in xhtml/css. How would I make this work? Thanks.

Give the table an ID or Class, then create the rules for that ID or class
