Does anyone have any experience with CSS media types 'braille' and 'embossed' ?

I want to provide a 'braille' and 'embossed' version of a site under development for accessibility purposes using CSS Style sheets. The site is on my test url http://www.testplace.co.uk/ at present.

I would welcome a little guidance here from someone who had done it before.
