This has been a problem for me forever, I decided to avoid it until I finished coding most the rest of the site, but I want to fix now since I want to show to some friends that only use IE

http://www.micohono.com/index.php

In IE7 the header is pushed way down, looks like it goes right below the sidebar div dont know what to do Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Chill, your first 2 messages posted at midnight and 3am !!!
The message you've got for IE6 users is rather obnoxious considering that 60% of the browser market is still using IE6. However, in it's brief rendering, the header was way down the page in IE 6 too.

On the other hand, I looked at in in IE7 and did not see anything out of place.

Yes I have fixed IE7/Firefox.

But IE6 is still a problem. And how is it obnoxious :P Although true lots still use IE6, Its the most annoying browser to code for, especially since 7 came out....Anyways The header is down quite a bit in IE6 I fixed that problem in IE7 the widths were a bit off the limit. Didn't seem to help in IE6 though...

You don't want to take the time to code so the majority of visitors can view your page? That is more annoying than the problems with IE 6. I don't bother with sites that make you use a particular browser version.

Yes, it is, no argument from me there. However, it STILL has the largest share of the browser market, so you just can't ignore it -- unless you only want 20% of the web world to see your site.

Since I can't SEE it in IE 6, it's pretty tough to help you. Can't problem solve blind and I can't be bothered to try to get around your "IE 7" only message.
