IE7 is adding a hoizontal scrollbar for some reason. It's only with 1024 resolution though. I'm just trying to get these pages kicked out. Please don't reply and tell me how my CSS doesn't validate and all that. I just want to know how to get rid of the scrollbar!

Still hacking at this problem...

Try taking display:block off of #container.. there's no valid reason for it that I can see.

Thanks for the reply LadynRed! I removed the unneeded property and the problem remains. The horizontal scrollbar only shows up when the vertical scrollbar is added for longer pages! (??) Still only a problem in IE7...

And oddly enough, if you give the #container a left value of -6px, it removes the horiz scrollbar, but then the layout is not centered (of course).
