I don't know what css is or how it works but i'm on afew different html forums and people keep taking to me like I should know what it is and since I don't there is nothing they can do to help me fix my page.

Would you mind taking a look at my page and try to explain to me or show me were I need to use css?

For one thing, if you want to change the look of your site, with CSS you can do it by editing one file, not every file.

This site has examples where the only thing that changes between them is the CSS.
