I don't see anything on the surface that would cause an IE6 problem, but if you can find an older machine with a copy of it, you can always go the conditional comment route and create IE6-specific styles. This won't destroy any of your other stuff in the process.
I'm going to keep looking, but I can't see anything other than possibly doubled float-margin bug.
