container basics? Dreamweaver

I need to be able to have a container height set at auto, so my review script that continually grows will fit within my website.

The problem is every time I set the main container to auto it shrinks down to nothing and my layers are floating in space. When I type inside the container it follows the auto command, but when I place layers inside the container it won't wrap around them.

For the love of all that is holy, can anyone help me....I am stuck.

THANKS

No you don't. Just leave the height UNDEFINED and the container will stretch as the content inside it grows.

If you'll give us a URL or post ALL the code, we might be able to figure out what's going on, but we can't do it blind.

Thanks for the reply, the site is www.findasmokeshop.com, I would like to lay the php script into a layer, I just can't seem to get the white backround to be set to auto. I was thinking maybe there is a nesting tag or something that I am supposed to use. It works fine if I just type, it fdoesn't work when inserting a layer.

Thanks so much for your help.
