Check the location of the CSS file, make sure the path is correct as linked in your HTML. Also make sure your CSS file was uploaded. Changing the menu has nothing to do with this. This is what is showing for style.css:

[quote}<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">
<HTML><HEAD>
<TITLE>404 Not Found</TITLE>
</HEAD><BODY>
<H1>Not Found</H1>
The requested URL /template.php was not found on this server.<P>
<P>Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
<HR>
<ADDRESS>Apache/1.3.39 Server at www.ap-gfx.com Port 80</ADDRESS>
</BODY></HTML>[/quote]

Yup, I just tried finding the CSS file as well, and got a file not found error.

As LadynRed said, make sure your css file is located where it is supposed to be. I tried many variations of the locations and file name and was not able to find it anywhere.

I've Found The Problem, When I Had Opened The .htaccess I Found There Was Nothing In it But It Was Still Registering With The Server As Several Bytes. As soon As I Had Made Sure The Cursor Was At The Very Start Of The Doc So It Registered with The Server As 0 bytes Then It Worked!
Whoopee!!
