In My Layout, The Gap At The Top Is Making My Head Hurt. I Try To Use Padding To Get The Text Where I Want It But It Stretches The Div So I Have A Gap. In The Navigation the Background Is Not Staying In The Navigation Container. How Do I Get Rid Of The Gap & Stop The Navigation Background Over Flowing ??.

Do me a favor Andy, stop capitalizing every word, it makes your posts difficult to read and it's not proper.

Put your navigation in an unordered list instead of all those divs, then you won't have that problem.

You can put backgrounds on UL's, LI's and <a>'s

No.

Not sure which gap you mean, but if you're referring to the one under the menu, then you need to reduce the height on #header - it's set to 75px.
