Only in FF, my <h2> tag seems to budge right up to the top of the form, even though the header as a top margin specified to it!

Does anyone know why? If I make the margin bigger, both the form and the header go further down page, but its still touching the top of the form.

Have a link to the page? Or some code? Hard to know what it might be without being able to see the code.
