I am doing a website and when you hover over the link some text should come up in CSS - workinng well but when u hover over the top link the second link is infront of the text.

Any one have a clue how I can stop this?

Try using Z-Index on the bubbles.

Thanks for your advise on z-Index - I looked it up and I have tried it every way possible (I think) - But still can't get it to work.
Would really like some help on this on guys!

If I'm not mistaken, you need to position the element prior to using the z-index. Either relative or absolute.

Correct, z-index only works on relative or absolutely positioned elements.

I thought I saw position: absolute on the elements that he has popping up. I must have got confused (not hard considering the horrible tag formation).
