I've checked and rechecked a few times, and I can't get my hover color to turn to cyan eventhough its programmed to do so....any help would be great.

The big links on the left side should turn from purple to cyan.

change this line .links A:link {text-decoration:color: #1A184E}
to .links A:link {text-decoration:underline; color: #1A184E;}

messed with it, but still no luck? it's strange that i basically used the same format/coding for the little links at the bottom...and they work fine!

GOD ****...4 hours later...all i had to do was re-write the text and reapply the CSS. DWCS3 FTL

One other thing, your selectors should be in LOWER CASE.
A:link will be different from a:link !
