Having it in both FF and IE, I just want a border on a div tag [all sides but the top].

But when I try removing the top border, the div seems to shift downward, and leaves a gap at the top!

Here is the code Im using

HTML:
Code:
<div class="infoBox">
        <h2>login</h2>

        <div>
          <div>
            <form action="" method="post" name="form1" class="login" id="form1">
              <p>
                <label for="textfield">username</label>
                <input name="textfield" type="text" id="textfield" size="10" />
              </p>
              <p>
                <label for="label">password</label>
                <input name="textfield2" type="password" id="label" size="10" />
              </p>
              <p>
                <label for="label2"></label>
                <input name="login" type="submit" id="login" value="Login" />
              </p>
            </form>
          </div>
        </div>
      </div>
CSS:
Code:
.infoBox {
padding:0 5px;
margin-top:10px;}

.infoBox h2 {
background:url(../image/tableHead.jpg) repeat-x;
margin:0;
padding:0;
color:#FFF;}

infoBox p {
padding:2px 0;
margin:0;}

.infoBox div {
padding:0 4px;}

.infoBox div div {
border:#1DA7C5 solid 1px;}
Any help would be great!

Try padding-top: 1px;

No, he's got margin-collapse, you need to apply at least 1px of top padding to stop it.
