displays fine in safari, firefox but not in IE. This is the div class:

float:left;

}

Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

using clear AND float on the same element never works correctly in IE.

AND IE6 doesn't support a XHTML1.1 doctype so will be in "quirks" mode

When you float something, you must give it a defined width.

IE also does NOT support XHTML 1.1, you'll have to drop back to 1.0.

By changing each page to from 1.1 to 1.0 will I have to change some coding too?
