hi.
i'd linke to know how to style in css an element. www.elomza.pl the blue bar (img_04.png). it has to harmonize with w3c standards.

edit:
i forgot, that there may be a text on it in the future

I am not sure what you are getting at. Your page is valid XHTML Transitional. But the tables are bad for layout as well as all the

What exactly do you want to do with the blue bar? At first glance, it looks as if that element has no no specific way to identify itself on the page, therefore it probably deserves its own class or id attribute, either on it, or one of its parents, in order to target it with CSS.

I wholeheartedly agree with joder about tables and non-breaking spaces.
