I am looking for the best way to have an image at the very bottom right of my site that would stay absolute, above everything else so I can have the image go outside of the main walls of the site; overlap the walls. But still remain in place at the very bottom no matter how vertical the site grows.

You need CSS, and you'll need to use positioning to achieve what you want.
