I'm not exactly sure what the proper terminology is for me to explain what I want, but what I'm looking for is a way that when a browser changes vertically, a background image repeats to fill the space. I'm assuming it can some how be done via CSS. Below are two screen shots of what I mean. In FireFox (at least on my screen), the web site fits properly vertically (a smidge over, but that can be fixed if I can find a way to do this)...Alternatively, in Safari there's a lot of white space beneath the web site...
I can't do the body background image because I need that for the horizontal repeating background (which at the time of this writing, I haven't gotten to yet).
