okay, i got the top part of the image showing correctly.
how would i make the image below display on the bottom right of that page in css?

First, put a proper DOCTYPE on your pages !

Second, put in the missing </head> tag that you forgot.

Put a "wrapper" div around your content, set it to position: relative.
Put your bottom graphic in as position:absolute then you can use the bottom property to put the graphic where you want it.
