Divs keep overlapping in IE

The title pretty much says it all. My website:

http://shattered.crash-concept.org/

is having some issues. I'm using two float divs inside a container, and in firefox they appear just as they should, but in IE they are overlapping, and the footer is freaking out.

Im not majorly new to html, but I'm only 13 years old and lack the experience of most. Any help is appreciated!

Sorry i forgot to post that i fixed it. I just ended up finding a css hack that did the trick, thanks for your response though!
