This is a content box that I am working on for my dads wordpress blog at www.atriskstoriesofhope.com/wordpress

I created a custom content box that I am going to be placing in various sidebars depending on the material (rss feeds, recent comments, etc.) I need to know how to get the box to adjust itself via css. I know the header will be one image, and then I'll have a horizontal bar that repeats depending on how much material I have displayed in the content box and a footer.

Is there anyone that could show me the basic code for something like this? Can someone give me a quick rundown of the css styling that I wlll need, and the html that I'll need to place into my singlesidebar.php
Thanks

This is the box when complete

These are the 3 image slices that I am working with.

I would recommend doing this with JavaScript.

I wouldn't, it's not at all necessary.

What you're looking to do can be accomplished with CSS and some html structure.
Have a look at the code here: http://www.mfmutah.com/ - the sidebar box is done using a method you can use for yours.
